Who we are

CorePulse is an AI automation and web development business in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, run by Vasyl Kravets. Questions about this policy or your information: hello@corepulsedev.com.

What information is collected

Information you choose to share: your name, email address, business name and the text of your messages, when you use the AI chat on corepulsedev.com, the contact form, or write to CorePulse on WhatsApp.

On WhatsApp, your phone number and WhatsApp profile name are received together with your messages. Only text messages are processed; other media is not read by the assistant.

If you create an account on the site, your email address and login details are stored by the authentication provider so you can sign in.

Collected automatically: like most websites, the hosting platform records basic technical and usage information (pages viewed, approximate country, device and browser type, referring site) to show aggregate visitor statistics, and servers keep short-lived technical logs for security and troubleshooting. The site does not use advertising trackers or cookies for advertising.

How it is used

To answer your questions, to reply to your request, to send Vasyl a short summary so he can contact you, and to keep the site secure and working. Messages may be answered by an AI assistant, which can hand the conversation to Vasyl.

Your information is not sold or rented, not used for marketing lists, and not shared with third parties for their own purposes. It may be disclosed only if required by law.

Consent

By writing in the chat, submitting the form or messaging CorePulse on WhatsApp, you agree to your information being used as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by asking CorePulse to stop contacting you and delete your data (see below).

Services that process it

Anthropic (Claude) generates the AI assistant's replies. n8n, self-hosted on a DigitalOcean server in Toronto, routes requests. Telegram is used to notify Vasyl about new requests, and Google Sheets stores the request log. WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. The website is hosted and its accounts are handled by Lovable and its infrastructure providers.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States. While there, your information is protected by the provider's own safeguards but may be accessible to courts and authorities of that country under its laws.

How it is protected

Access to the systems above is limited to Vasyl and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. Data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but reasonable measures are taken to protect your information.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on any work together, and are deleted on request. The WhatsApp assistant only uses your recent messages as conversation context. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted automatically.

Access, correction and deletion of your data

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information CorePulse holds about you at any time. Email hello@corepulsedev.com (or write on WhatsApp) with the subject "Delete my data" and the name, email or phone number you used. Your data will be deleted within 30 days and you will receive a confirmation. Copies kept by WhatsApp or other platforms on your own device or account are controlled by you and those platforms.

Children

CorePulse's services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. Information about children is not knowingly collected.
